The objective of this research is to scan an old smudgy image, perform upscale(Smudge and othernoise removal) and then turn the resultant into a 3D image of better quality where overallprocedures can be referred as 3D reconstruction from single image. Resultant image can be used tocreate 3D objects instead of the original object in lieu with reducing the cost of video production.
